AVM Video Packages

We have 3 basic packages you can choose from, as well as a list of ADD-ONS that will make your wedding video that much more dynamic! Please do not hesitate to call or email with any questions. 978-835-7341. (All prices include any travel and accommodation to your wedding location. Each package comes with 2 Videographers)

Package #1 "A Vision” - $3995

  • Film coverage starting during “Hair & Make-Up” and ending once all your guests hit the dance floor. We’ll capture all your key moments...

    • Your First Dance

    • The Toasts

    • Parent Dances

    • ...and anything else unique to your wedding day!

  • The Wedding Film (included):
    Your entire day edited down to a 6-7 minute cinematic display that captures all the sights and sounds that you'll want to remember forever. Can be uploaded to social media and shared with all your friends and family.

  • Documentary Edits of Your Ceremony & The Toasts (included):
    “Start to finish” edits of the two most important formalities of the day. The edits will include different camera angles as well as high-end audio.

  • Link to download Raw footage of the other formalities from your day.
    These clips will be unedited and a lower resolution (to reduce large file sizes) Although not edited, color corrected, or audio enhanced, the raw footage will still allow you to view these other moments.

  • Film coverage (same as Package #2) starting during “Hair & Make-Up” and ending once all your guests hit the dance floor. We’d capture all your key moments...

  • Drone Pilot (included):
    Our fully licensed and insured drone pilot would capture beautiful and heart stopping aerial footage of your venue and the surrounding areas. If time allows, we love to try and utilize the drone to get moments of the two of you during your couple’s photos. (Restrictions may apply.)

  • The Wedding Film (included):
    Your entire day edited down to a 6-7 minute cinematic display that captures all the sights and sounds that you'll want to remember forever. Can be uploaded to social media and shared with all your friends and family. Here again are some of our favorites.

  • Documentary Edits of ALL your formalities (Ceremony, Intros, First Dance, Toasts, Parent Dances, Cake Cutting and any other formality unique to your wedding day).
    These “start to finish” edits will include details of your ceremony location, venue location, table settings, welcome settings, and all the other tiny details that you’ll have spent so much time thinking about.

    This Package will be delivered as your own online menu allowing you to choose the moments you want to relive. Here's an example.

ADD ONS

  • $375 Drone Coverage (included with Package #3)
    It’s the age of tiny-flying video machines and the shots and views they can capture are truly stunning. With this add-on, a drone pilot will capture shots of the venue to be included in your Documentary & Highlight Edits. Restrictions may apply.

  • $300 Dance Floor Montage
    Your cinematographer would capture an extra amount of dance footage allowing us to create a music video style edit of you, your friends and family, tearing it up on the dance floor. All shots would be synced with an upbeat dance song making it a very fun 2-3 minute display of your guest’s dancing talents. Here's an example.

  • $200 Send Off Coverage
    Some couples plan a unique send off at the end of the night. With this add-on, one of us will stay to the very end of the night to capture this moment for your finished product.

  • $600 Save the Date/Reminder Video
    In the age of social media, couples often enjoy announcing their date or getting their guests excited through a quick and exciting video. With this add-on we would find an hour or so to film the both of you in a style that we came up with and then edit a short piece that would be a truly unique experience for your guests (we can also join you and your photographer during your engagement session to make it easier).   • $750 Rehearsal Dinner Coverage (overnight hotel fee may apply)
    Having us capture your rehearsal dinner is a truly unique opportunity as it’s consistently the most emotive and joyful occasion for the couple. Because it’s not as formal as the wedding, friends and family are more comfortable and likely to speak. All the candid moments and heartfelt speeches will be covered and edited together. Here’s what the finished product would look like!

  • $200 Teaser Trailer
    Don’t want to wait for your finished product? With this add-on, we’d put together a :60 second preview of what’s to come with your finished Wedding Film. This will be a sleak, cinematic, music only preview delivered within 2 weeks of your wedding day…perfect for social media!

  • $150 Ceremony & Toasts Raw Footage (For Package #1 only)

Another Choice - “Your Vision”

I fully recognize that video is sometimes considered the last choice. When planning and paying for a wedding, couples often get to the end and decide against it. Of course, if you talk to folks who are past their wedding day, the most common regret is…”I wish we got video”. And for those who were on the fence, another popular phrase is…”we watch our wedding video more than anything else”.

Because of that, I have this option where perhaps we can find a finished product that doesn’t quite fit the 3 choices above but is something you’d be happy with and we can offer a price point that sits better within your budget. If this is of interest to you, please let me know.
